While we are committed to great service and convenience, orders must be placed with no less than 48 hours notice. For events with greater than 50 guests, orders should be placed a minimum of 1 week ahead of the event date.
CaterTrax is the primary portal for submitting catering requests with a a wide variety of items to choose from. If there is a special request or custom menu required please select the “Custom Menu Service” option and the team will reach out to discuss details.
The Café teams maintain an industry recognized higher standard for food safety as reflected in the FDA Food Code. To ensure your event meets these standards we recommend the following best practices:
Antimicrobial utensils must be changed every 30 minutes by Café team
Signage will be provided to notify guests of any potential food allergens
Sanitizer will be provided onsite
Self-Service buffets will be set for no more than 50 guests. Room or service area should be separated from general population, including pipe and drape
Food items for parties over 50 guests should be individually presented and or served
All cutlery and silverware will be disposable and individually wrapped.
The Cafes do not recommend, support or store externally prepared food items from associates homes or brought in by individual teams. External vendor support should be coordinated with Café leadership to ensure safety and sanitation practices are maintained throughout service.
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods:
House charge with complete accounting information (Cost Center, General Ledger, Company Code)
Cash
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover
Please note cost center information associated with VS&CO cannot be accepted. Please reach out to your Café Leadership team to process your order with an alternate method of payment.
Events cancelled within 48 notice may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Cafe Food Services can provide information and pricing on linens for any type and size event. Our standard linen is the most cost-effective way to service your event. Linen for any event will be an extra incurred cost.
We have multiple partners that can provide linens and tableware. Please consult the Cafe team in the building you plan to hold your event for assistance on types of linens and costs.
Each location through the enterprise has different set-ups and equipment available. Please consult your Café partners to see what items we may help with. We have partnerships with several companies that have preferred vendor status that may qualify for discounted rental pricing.
Our service model provides eco-friendly disposable items for all caterings that do not request otherwise. All locations have the ability to service your function with china service. Food & Beverage china service includes – glassware, china service and stainless silverware. If a more elaborate setting is needed we are happy to assist with rental of more upscale service ware if desired.
BBW Food & Beverage service model consists of the following:
1- Plan catering
2- Prepare items for event
3- Deliver items and drop off
4- Return for clean up
Events requiring service after 3 PM will incur an after hours labor charge. Please speak with your Cafe team to clarify labor fees when planning your event.
